Our platform collects limited personal and medical data to coordinate cancer-related services and awareness tools. Before submission, every user provides explicit consent acknowledging their understanding of how their information will be used.

Data Usage

• For the Risk Prediction tool, user responses are used only to calculate a general awareness-based risk level and to send personalized recommendations.

• For the Medical Travel module, shared details and reports are used solely to obtain medical opinions and assist with travel coordination if requested.

Data Storage & Security

• All information is stored securely using encryption (HTTPS + AES 256-bit).

• Data is hosted in India and complies with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

• We also align, where applicable, with GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018 principles of transparency and limited use.

User Rights

• Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time via email.

• Consent records (version ID, timestamp, and IP address) are stored for audit purposes.

• A copy of each consent can be sent automatically to the user’s email upon request.

Data Retention

• Submitted data is retained only as long as required to provide the requested service or meet applicable legal or operational requirements.

• Medical files or questionnaires are deleted securely after the case is closed, unless needed for approved follow-up coordination.

Transparency & Control

• Every form and upload field includes a mandatory consent checkbox and a link to this policy.

• The platform does not use or share data for advertising or unauthorized purposes.
